This box is the result of thousands of hours spent chasing early-season stillwater trout, testing hundreds of different chironomid patterns, and tapping into the knowledge of some of BC’s most dialed-in stillwater anglers—guides, pros, and those lifers who always seem to know what’s working before anyone else.

Designed for interior lakes from ice-off to late June, it includes 6 unique hand-tied patterns (on premium Daiichi and Tiemco hooks), 2 of each by default (12 flies total)—or select 3 (18 flies) or 4 (24 flies) of each in the dropdown. Target finicky trout with chironomids for hatches, plus balanced leeches for stubborn days or when the hatches die down. These patterns are best fished under an indicator. We’ve scaled it just right: not too niche, not too broad, covering all your spring stillwater needs. Includes a cue card with expert tips for each fly.
