Refund and Returns Policy

At Drift Fly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below to understand your options.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required (such as an order confirmation or receipt).
To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@driftflybox.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund after this time:

Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at Info@driftflybox.com with your order details and a description (or photo) of the issue.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Final sale or clearance items
5. Shipping Returns
To return your product, we will provide the return address via email once your return is authorized. Please ensure your package is securely packed and trackable—we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
